Howard Diamond’s Background

Howard Diamond has earned a reputation of being a successful builder and leader of software and technology companies.  Over his career, Diamond has served in a number of CEO and Chairman roles for companies who’s’ revenue ranged from $25,000,000 to over $2,500,000,000.

Previously, Howard was CEO and Chairman of ePartners, a leading Microsoft software services and consulting group where he helped Microsoft establish a whole new series of middle market approaches with products like Axapta and .net.

Prior to ePartners, Diamond served as Chairman of Level 3 Communications, Inc.’s Information Services subsidiary, formed when Level 3 acquired Corporate Software (CorpSoft, Inc.) and Software Spectrum, Inc. in the first half of 2002. He had line responsibility for all groups within the Subsidiary, which contributed over $2.5 billion in revenue to Level 3 Communications in 2003.

Diamond has also served as CEO/Chairman of Corporate Software. Under his leadership, the company doubled in 6 years, to become a $1.2 billion, profitable company with a dynamic sales and marketing engine that provided corporate customers with the most efficient and cost-effective way to acquire a broad range of technology solutions.

In addition, Howard Diamond was the Chairman of Rendezvous Entertainment, a jazz record label that was sold to Mack Avenue Records, and CEO of Singlesnet, the 2nd largest online dating site where he led the sale of the company to Match.com.

From 2002 to 2005, Bush was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for International Microcomputer Software, Inc. (OTCBB: IMSI.OB), a developer and distributor of precision design software, content and on-line services. Prior to that he was a director of business development and corporate controller for Buzzsaw.com, Inc. Bush was one of the founding members of Buzzsaw.com, Inc., a privately held company spun off from Autodesk, Inc. in 1999, focusing on online collaboration, printing and procurement applications. Bush’s earlier roles include positions at Autodesk, Inc. (NasdaqGM: ADSK), Ernst & Young, and Price Waterhouse in Munich, Germany.

Mr. Bush holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.   Mr. Bush currently serves on the Board of Towerstream (NASDAQ: TWER) a leading supplier of WiMax services and FindEx.com (OTC BB: FIND) a Bible study software provider.

“We are improving our efficiency and getting a significant amount of time back in our day with ThinIdentity,” said Barbara Roenfeld, Mercy Hospital operations director for the emergency department. “We have almost instant access to patient data right at the bedside which helps us to have more meaningful patient discussions.” Mercy Hospital’s Emergency Department implemented physician order entry and online documentation within the last 60 days, and Roenfeld noted that “the instant access to patient data was significant in a successful implementation and ongoing adoption by physicians.”

Alegent Health is the largest not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa, with nine acute care hospitals, more than 100 sites of service, over 1,300 physicians on its medical staff, and roughly 9,000 employees. Alegent Health is ranked first in the country in quality and patient satisfaction according to the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement (NRHI). The ThinIdentity solution is a key component in its continuing effort to improve patient quality of care.
