Howard Diamond, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining ThinIdentity, Mr. Diamond was CEO of ePartners, a software services and consulting group. Prior to ePartners, Mr. Diamond served as Chairman of Level 3 Communications, Inc.’s Information Services subsidiary, formed when Level 3 acquired Corporate Software (CorpSoft, Inc.) and Software Spectrum, Inc. in the first half of 2002. He had line responsibility for all groups within the Subsidiary, which contributed over $2.5 billion in revenue to Level 3 Communications in 2003. Before Level 3, Mr. Diamond served as CEO of Corporate Software. Under his leadership, the company doubled in 6 years, to become a $1.2 billion, profitable company with a dynamic sales and marketing engine that provided corporate customers with the most efficient and cost-effective way to acquire a broad range of technology solutions. In addition, Mr. Diamond has also served as Chairman of Rendezvous Entertainment, a jazz record label that was sold to Mack Avenue Records, and CEO of Singlesnet, the 2nd largest online dating site that he led the sale to Match.com.
Joe Jaudon, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Joe Jaudon is the core visionary for ThinIdentity. He is an expert in virtualization technologies and brings extensive experience in healthcare and healthcare IT infrastructure. Jaudon is a former Desktop and Disaster Readiness Manager with Denver Health & Hospital Authority, a 550-bed hospital that houses the Rocky Mountain Regional Level One Trauma Center. During his tenure there, Jaudon developed solutions to improve workflow and access to medical records systems. Prior to joining Denver Health, Jaudon was a senior technology consultant for Interlink, a leading Microsoft consulting company. He is a graduate of Colorado State University.
Matthew Pullam, Chief Financial Officer
Matthew Pullam has significant finance experience in all stages of corporate growth including in both private and public companies. Most recently, Pullam has been providing independent consulting services to various public, private and start-up companies. From 2005 to 2007, Pullam was the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Quovadx, a publicly held provider of software and services in the Health Care IT market prior to the Company’s sale in July 2007 to Battery Ventures in a take-private transaction. From 2001 to 2005, Pullam served as vice president of finance at Intrado Inc., a publicly held global provider of integrated data and telecommunications solutions. Pullam has also served as chief financial officer of Centrimed Inc., (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange, Inc. in September 2000) and a number of senior corporate and/or operational finance positions with Corporate Express, AT&T Broadband, Pace Membership Warehouse and the County of Los Angeles. Mr. Pullam earned his B.A. degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton and is a licensed CPA (inactive status) in the state of Colorado.
