Joe Jaudon, Chairman, Board of Directors
Joe Jaudon is the founding visionary of ThinIdentity. He is an expert in virtualization technologies and brings extensive experience in healthcare IT infrastructure. Jaudon is a former Desktop and Disaster Readiness Manager with Denver Health & Hospital Authority, a 550-bed hospital that houses the Rocky Mountain Regional Level One Trauma Center. During his tenure there, Jaudon developed solutions to improve workflow and access to medical records systems that served as the foundation for starting ThinIdentity. Prior to joining Denver Health, Jaudon was a senior technology consultant for Interlink, a leading Microsoft consulting company. He is a graduate of Colorado State University.

Roy G. Perry, Director

Roy G. Perry brings 30 years of leadership and engineering experience to ThinIdentity. Prior to joining the company, he served as Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Information Systems at StorageTek, a leading provider of data storage solutions. Under his leadership, Industry Week Magazine recognized the company as a “Best Plant in North America”. Prior to joining StorageTek, Perry was Vice President at Dell Computer. During his tenure, the company realized record cost savings, implemented Six Sigma methodology, and gained a reputation for operational excellence. Perry is a former IBM executive whose responsibilities included development engineering, microcode development, and management and a former division vice-president with AlliedSignal. He holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Prairie View A&M University, a Master degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, and a Master of Business degree from Stanford University. He is a Stanford Sloan Fellow.

William J. Amelio, Director
William J. Amelio is the former president and CEO of Lenovo Group Limited, the fourth-ranked PC computer vendor in the world, with $16 billion in revenue and 29,000 employees. At Lenovo, Amelio led the firm in strategy, operations, and day-to-day business execution. Prior to Lenovo, Amelio served as senior vice president, covering Asia-Pacific and Japan, for Dell Inc., with responsibility for strategy and operations across the region. In addition, Amelio has held senior executive positions at NCR Corporation, Honeywell International, AlliedSignal and IBM. Amelio has a Master of Business degree from the Stanford Graduate School and a BA in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.  He is a Stanford Sloan Fellow.

Carol J. Rizzo, Director

Carol J. Rizzo is the former Chief Technology Officer of Kaiser Permanente and Citigroup. A seasoned operations and technology executive with extensive international experience and over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the IT industry. Her career has included business operations management, technology management and consulting assignments. Rizzo’s vision and innovative use of technology have helped firms across healthcare and financial services differentiate their products, reduce costs, and improve revenue and customer perceptions. Rizzo attended Concordia University in Montreal Canada.

Steven J. Morgan, MD  Director
Steven Morgan, MD is the Associate Director of Orthopaedics at Denver Health Medical Center and the Co-Director of the Orthopaedic Trauma Center. Additionally, he is Surgical Director of the Peri-Operative Service. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and serves as the Orthopaedic Residency Program Director. He is a Diplomat to the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.

William Bush, Director
William Bush has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial support and business development. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Solar Semiconductor Inc. a leading manufacturer and distributor of PV modules and systems.  Prior to joining Solar Semiconductor, Bush served as Chief Financial Officer for both ZVUE Corporation (NasdaqCM: ZVUE) and  International Microcomputer Software, Inc. (OTCBB: IMSI.OB), and held executive positions at Autodesk, Inc and  Buzzsaw.com, Inc. a company that Bush helped to form and later sell to Autodesk. He also worked for seven years in public accounting, first with Ernst & Young, and later with Price Waterhouse.   Mr. Bush currently serves on the Board of Towerstream (NASDAQ: TWER) a leading supplier of WiMax services and FindEx.com (OTC BB: FIND) a Bible study software provider.  Mr. Bush holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
