THINIDENTITY INTRODUCES HOWARD DIAMOND AS ITS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHAIRMAN
DENVER, Colo., MAR. 31, 2010 – ThinIdentity Corporation today announced its Board of Directors has appointed Howard Diamond as the new chief executive officer, effective immediately. In addition, Diamond was also appointed to the Board of Directors and will act as Chairman.

Howard Diamond’s Background
Howard Diamond has earned a reputation of being a successful builder and leader of software and technology companies. Over his career, Diamond has served in a number of CEO and Chairman roles for companies who’s’ revenue ranged from $25,000,000 to over $2,500,000,000.
Previously, Howard was CEO and Chairman of ePartners, a leading Microsoft software services and consulting group where he helped Microsoft establish a whole new series of middle market approaches with products like Axapta and .net.
Prior to ePartners, Diamond served as Chairman of Level 3 Communications, Inc.’s Information Services subsidiary, formed when Level 3 acquired Corporate Software (CorpSoft, Inc.) and Software Spectrum, Inc. in the first half of 2002. He had line responsibility for all groups within the Subsidiary, which contributed over $2.5 billion in revenue to Level 3 Communications in 2003.
Diamond has also served as CEO/Chairman of Corporate Software. Under his leadership, the company doubled in 6 years, to become a $1.2 billion, profitable company with a dynamic sales and marketing engine that provided corporate customers with the most efficient and cost-effective way to acquire a broad range of technology solutions.
In addition, Howard Diamond was the Chairman of Rendezvous Entertainment, a jazz record label that was sold to Mack Avenue Records, and CEO of Singlesnet, the 2nd largest online dating site where he led the sale of the company to Match.com.
