Bush has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial support and business development. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Solar Semiconductor Inc. a leading private vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of high quality PV modules and systems targeted for use in industrial, commercial and residential applications. Prior to his current role Bush served as Chief Financial Officer of ZVUE Corporation (NasdaqCM: ZVUE) a distributor of user generated content. From 2002 to 2005, Bush was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for International Microcomputer Software, Inc. (OTCBB: IMSI.OB), a developer and distributor of precision design software, content and on-line services. Prior to that he was a director of business development and corporate controller for Buzzsaw.com, Inc. Bush was one of the founding members of Buzzsaw.com, Inc., a privately held company spun off from Autodesk, Inc. in 1999, focusing on online collaboration, printing and procurement applications. Bush’s earlier roles include positions at Autodesk, Inc. (NasdaqGM: ADSK), Ernst & Young, and Price Waterhouse in Munich, Germany.
Mr. Bush holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bush currently serves on the Board of Towerstream (NASDAQ: TWER) a leading supplier of WiMax services and FindEx.com (OTC BB: FIND) a Bible study software provider.
